Chapter election of officers occurs in the first week of October. Newly elected officers travel to California in November to attend COTS (Chapter Officer Training School), and the Installation of Officers Dinner is held the second week of January. It is the formal highlight of the year, and was held in 2006 at Licano's Restaurant in Show Low.

This year, The Eastsider Quartet, Tucson Chapter, attended the dinner, where they installed the Chapter officials. Several recognitions are made at this dinner, including the Barbershopper of the Year (BOTY) , Presidents , Spark Plug , and Most Improved Singer Awards. The recipients were:

Barbershopper of the Year - Alan Johnson

Presidents Award - Dean Baseley

Spark Plug Award - Everett Peterson

Most Improved Singer Award - Larry Kennedy
