"The OK Chorale Quartet rode into town sometime last year but these boys ain't no ""wet behind the ears whippersnappers""- heck no. They've been-a- herd'n chords around these here parts for many a moon. Shucks, all of them have either bagged a vocalizing championship or scored a near miss in one of a many quartet shootouts over the years.
The OK Chorale don't give a hoot for them there ""Fancy Dan- City Boy"" type quartets that stand around in their silly straw hats and striped coats, sing'n about the Moon, June, and mak'n believe they are some kinda ""ladies men"". Nosiree - The Chorale likes to hunkerdown on a great Stephen Foster song or tell the story of Doc Holliday's love for his antebellum Georgia. An if you want to make your Ma cry her eyes out, then ask them to sing one of their gospel songs or tell the story of Mattie Earp's lonely desert grave. And yep ,these fellows can also hit you with a shot of foot stomping - toe tappen- ho down'n - kneeslapp'n - barn burn'n - gull dern - uptunes. Ya see, the boys have combined ""real men"" sing'n with good ol'e yarn spin'n. They know the real story bout Wyatt, Doc, Ringo, Big Nose Kate and have combined it with the music these great western legends loved. So mosey on down the streets of time with the OK Chorale - ""You're a Daisy if You Do!"" - Doc Holliday"
