Submit an event for the FWD Calendar

All submissions are reviewed for content and it may take several days for your event to appear on the official calendar. Show dates not cleared by the District Secretary will be held until the date is cleared. If you have questions, please email the District Secretary.

If your event is a chapter show with multiple dates, please submit separately for each date.

If this is a show of any kind:
District Secretary Approval Yes  No     I certify that the BMI fees have been paid and the approval letter from the FWD Secretary has been received for this event.

If you indicate NO, your show information will be held until the date is cleared by the District Secretary and fees paid.

You may use the online BMI/SESAC form. Please mail a total of five copies with your payment to the district secretary.
