Answers to your questions

Where in California is the city of Redlands?	The City of Redlands is 90 minutes east of Los Angeles and 40 minutes west of Palm Springs. Note that if you’re traveling during peak commuter times (7-9 a.m.; 4-6 p.m.), a 60-mile drive on Interstate 10 or adjoining freeways can take up to two hours. Keep traffic in mind when scheduling your visit to the university. Map
Where is the campus located in Redlands?	The campus is a few blocks north of Interstate 10 and East of the intersection of Highway 30 with I10. Map
What freeway exit shall I take and what local streets?	From Los Angeles: Take I10 to the University Exit in Redlands. Turn North under the freeway and go approximately 1/2 mile to East Colton Avenue and turn right. From Palm Springs Take Interstate 10 West to the Cypress Exit in Redlands. Continue across Cypress and turn left on East Citrus to University. Turn right approximately 1/2 mile to East Colton Avenue and turn right. From 395/I15/I215 On Friday night it is strongly suggested that you take Highway 30 off of I215 and exit on San Bernardino Avenue in Redlands so that you avoid the I10 traffic. Continue straight along the freeway to Lugonia Ave, then turn left under Highway 30 and go East approximately 2 miles to University. Turn right on University to East Colton Avenue and turn left.
Once on campus, where do I park?	Parking is behind the Cortner Residence Hall. Once you turn from University Avenue onto Colton Avenue, continue to the end of the park on your left, then turn left. Go to the end and keep turning right until you are behind the second building from the back of the lot. Where to Park Follow the red line
Where do I register?	Registration is at the back of Hunsaker Hall, building 222, which is on Colton Avenue. Where to Register
What time should I arrive on Friday and when do we leave on Sunday?	Registration begins at 1 pm on Friday, July 16. There are two tracks of Early-bird classes on Friday at 3pm and at 4pm. Dinner is included on Friday evening. The weekend is formally over at approximately 10pm on Saturday, but you have a room Saturday night and a Sunday morning breakfast included with the weekend. What is provided in my room?	Each room has two beds. Each room has a bathroom shared by one other room. You will have a plastic bag on your bed with sheets, a blanket, a pillow, a towel, and a washcloth. You must provide soap and any other appropriate items. As you prepare to leave, put everything back in the plastic bag and leave it on your bed.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed on campus?	Alcoholic beverages are not allowed anywhere on campus. At the afterglow you may purchase beer and wine.
Where is the Saturday night show?	The Saturday night show will be held at Orton Center where the general sessions and individual classes are held.
Where is the Saturday night afterglow?	The afterglow is once again at Uncle Howies Pizza Restaurant at 800 E Lugonia Ave Ste A. Take Colton Ave West to Church Street, turn North approximately 1 mile to Lugonia, then turn right into the parking lot. Those of you with a vehicle we ask that you drive by the dorms on your way to Uncle Howie's and give a ride to anyone waiting there. Pizza and drinks are provided for HCW attendees ONLY!
