Show Clearance and BMI/SESAC Form

Before a show, where tickets are sold, a chapter must get the date cleared by the District Secretary and must pay the BMI/SESAC fees.

If another show is already scheduled on that date within 100 miles of your location, you will also have to get approval from the other chapter. You are strongly encouraged to register your show dates early so that your show is listed on the district calendar for others to see.
