Show Clearance and BMI/SESAC FormBefore a show, where tickets are sold, a chapter must get the date cleared by the District Secretary and must pay the BMI/SESAC fees. If another show is already scheduled on that date within 100 miles of your location, you will also have to get approval from the other chapter.
