Meetings

FWD BOD - Board Of Directors

The FWD BOD meets three times a year. Once at each district convention and also for their Summer meeting held in June.

The meeting is run according to a pre-approved agenda. All district members may submit items to the District Secretary for possible inclusion in the agenda. Topics must be submitted at least two weeks before each meeting. See the FWD Spring Agenda.

Each board member submits a status report before the meeting and is asked for any updates during the meeting. Other district leaders may be invited to make presentations to the board.

The board discusses and then votes on selected items. Many of the approved items will then be confirmed by vote of the chapter delegates to the House Of Delegates meeting on Friday afternoon.

The meeting is an open meeting and all district members are welcome to attend.

RMD House of Delegates

FWD HOD - House of Delegates

• Friday, March 20, 1PM to 3PM

The House of Delegates meeting is where the chapters are informed of key changes in district operations. Frequently the delegates are asked to vote on issues affecting district and chapter operation.

Every chapter will benefit by sending a delegate to the meeting.
