The City of Hayward is on the East side of San Francisco Bay, south
of Oakland and North of San Jose.

| How do I find the campus? |
See the Driving Directions to get to Harder Rd, then
turn up the hill.

| Once on campus, what do I do? |
Go to the top of Harder Rd. After the stop sign, keep right and take the first right.
Then go left to the new dorms at the far end of the parking lot. On the campus map below
you will see large red numbers. The numbers indicate the order you will follow.

| Where do I register? |
Registration is in the lobby of the dorms which are shown as number 2 on the campus map.

| What time should I arrive on Friday and when do we leave on Sunday? |
Registration begins at Noon on Friday, August 24. The formal events are over late Saturday night.
There are no classes on Sunday. If you are staying on site your Saturday night lodging is
included as well as breakfast on Sunday morning. We hope to have all keys returned and
rooms vacated by 11am on Sunday.

| What and where are the Early Bird Classes? |
The Early Bird Classes are held in the Science Buildings. Look for the red 6 on the campus map above.

| Where will the general sessions be held? |
The Friday night General Session will be held in the Valley Business and Technology Center (VBT) room 124. |
| Where will the individual classes be held? |
Classes will be in the Science North (SC-N) and Science South (SC-S) buildings. |
| What is the detailed weekend schedule? |

During class times the quartets will be coached in their dorms and will follow their
own schedule. Their schedules are shown on:

| What about our meals? |
Our meal location just changed. We will be eating outside picnic style between the book store and the
library. Daytime highs are forcast as 71 degrees and overnight lows at 61 degrees.
Plan your outerwear appropriately.

| Where is the Saturday night show? |
This year the show will be held in the campus theater. It's just a short walk to the North
side of the campus.

| Where is the Saturday night afterglow? |
The afterglow will be held in the central quad of Meiklejohn Hall. We regret that we have
no provision for guests to participate. It is a cast party for students and staff.
